My name is William Trammell.  I earned my degree in Elementary Education.  I have had the opportunity to teach in the Clayton County Public School System for a number of years.  In the years that I have taught, I have come to the conclusion that students tend to put forth more effort in learning and are therefore more likely to succeed when they are highly motivated.  I feel that I have been blessed with a talent to motivate students to their highest potential.  I truly love motivating students to do their best in all they are trying to accomplish and achieve. 

Due to my inspirational experiences in teaching,  I developed eight crucial steps that will inevitably enlighten and touch every student’s life forever.  Students will be able to apply these eight steps to their lives daily.  My goal is to change a lot of our children’s mentality by speaking and sharing my life story with them.  I would like to change the lives of youth, our future.
