My name is William Trammell. I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I have had the opportunity to teach in the public school system for a number of years. In the years that I have taught, I have come to the conclusion that's students tend to put forth more effort in a positive mindset and therefore more likely to succeed when they are highly motivated. I feel that I have been blessed with a talent to motivate students to their highest potential. I give the youth permission to dream big.

Due to my inspirational experiences in teaching and coaching, I developed eight keys to greatness that will inevitably enlighten and touch every student's life forever. Students will be able to apply these eight keys to their lives daily. My goal is to give the youth hope and to teach them how to dream for success.
